Chudnow Druck Lauenstein, Inc. (CDL), one of the largest, locally owned residential real estate appraisal companies in Wisconsin, has changed its name to IRR-Residential Chudnow Druck Valuation.  The name change reflects CDL’s purchase of an IRR Residential franchise for Southeastern Wisconsin.  CDL was founded in 1989 by Donald Chudnow, SRA, William Druck and Stephen Lauenstein.  The company’s principals, appraisers, corporate office and contact information will remain the same.

 The new company continues to provide area financial institutions, mortgage, real estate and professional service clients with timely, reliable, accurate appraisal services for financing, estate planning and divorce.  IRR-Residential Chudnow Druck Valuation now has the resources to handle local clients and be able to better serve the needs of regional and national clients.
